We operate globally. Your data may be stored or processed outside your home jurisdiction, including in the United States, the EU, or other countries with different data protection laws.

By using our services, you consent to such transfers, even if the level of protection in those countries may be less than your jurisdiction requires.


9. Minors

Maradus is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. 12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maradus, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or losses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your violation of this Privacy Policy or applicable law

  • Your unauthorized access or misuse of personal data

  • Any breach of security attributable to your negligence or misconduct

This indemnity survives the termination of your use of the Platform.


13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be:

  • Reflected by an updated “Effective Date” at the top

  • Communicated via email or app notifications when material

Continued use of the Platform after updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes related to this Policy shall be:

  • First resolved through good-faith negotiations

  • Then submitted to binding arbitration under AAA rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action suit.
